> • No offensive or inappropriate username, skins, or builds \
> • Do not imitate staff or other players \
> • Do not harass players or staff ⠀\
> &#x20;   ↪ This includes ignoring staff encouragement and comments \
> • Swearing is allowed, but not excessively \
> • Tool names are up to you, but they must be PG-13 \
> • Do not send messages with excessive caps

> • No griefing, even if the land is unclaimed ⠀\

> • Do not claim someone else's stuff \
> • Be considerate of towns around you when claiming \
> • No grief builds in the custom towny world ⠀\
> &#x20;   ↪ Lava Casts, Random Blocks, TNT \
> • PVP is not allowed outside of designated areas

> • Stealing is allowed in unclaimed land ⠀\

> • Do not fake items when selling them \
> • Do not re-name items on the AH

> • No eye-sore builds or farms ⠀\
> &#x20;   ↪ Make them a dedicated build in your town! \
> • Staff are subject to remove eye-sore builds or farms ⠀\
> &#x20;   ↪ 3 days of notice will be given before removal \
> • Towns are defined as a town owner and 3+ additional members ⠀\
> &#x20;   ↪ Alt accounts do not count towards this minimum

> &#x20;   ↪ Villagers found not following these rules are subject to be removed by staff

> • No hacks or hacked clients \
> • Do not use scripts or auto clickers \

> • No using bugs or glitches to your advantage \
> • Do not abuse default Minecraft glitches \
> • If you find an exploit, make a ticket on discord and report it to staff. \
> • If you suspect another member of breaking the rules make a ticket on discord and supply proof

> • This is a Towny server. Let's keep everything functional AND nice to look at! ⠀\
> &#x20;   ↪ Players will be advised to revise eye-sores before action will be taken. \
> • No spam or self-promotion (server invites, advertisements, etc) without permission from a staff member. ⠀\
> &#x20;   ↪ This includes DMing fellow members. \
> • If you see something against the rules or something that makes you feel unsafe, let staff know. We want this server to be a welcoming space!
