## ⭐ **Jobs Overview**

Jobs allow players to earn **money** and **experience (XP)** for performing everyday actions. This creates a stable player-driven economy and gives players goals to work toward.

#### **How Jobs Work**

* Players can a job using a command such as `/jobs join <job> or /jobs`

* Each job specializes in certain tasks
* Performing those tasks rewards:
  * **Money**
  * **Job XP**
  * **Progress toward job level milestones**
* Leveling up a job increases earnings.

#### **Job Limits**

* Players can have a set number of jobs at once (depending on rank or permissions)
* Higher ranks may unlock more job slots

#### **Why Jobs Matter**

Jobs are important because they:

* Give players a steady money-making method
* Allow players to play in their preferred style (mining, building, farming, etc.)
* Provide the backbone for the marketplace and player economy
* Encourage players to specialize and trade
